    Good experience, property management and maintenance are very responsive. Obviously the location is desirable. Only concern was the sound transfer, I was in a lower unit and could hear everything upstairs. Owners should have opted for insulated/sound deadening ceilings and double demising walls before construction.

    Two years ago, I moved here from Las Vegas. I needed a landing spot. I chose Portscape. It was a wonderful two years.I enjoyed the river front and the beach. The management is awesome. Allyson is always willing to help. The maintenance man, Jerry, is right on top of it ready to fix whatever goes wrong immediately. i’ve decided to stay in Sheboygan. So I bought a condo that is the only reason I’m leaving that apartment complex. It truly was comfortable and a joy to live there. I would recommend renting from Portscape to all .

    Amazing team they have behind the scenes. Toured these apartments and for the price point, it's a good amount of space and quality. Very quick to respond, and the property manager, Allison always makes an effort to make sure your questions or concerns are answered.

    Best place I have ever lived. Best location Sheboygan has to offer. The manager, Angela, is always so helpful and friendly. My apartment is cute, and I love having my own garage!
