- KRKane RichardsonSep 26, 20251.0The units look nice at a glance but if you look close you'll notice mistakes. Scheduling maintenance was inconvenient and I had a surprising amount of issues pop up for it to be a new building. They didnt or weren't able to work around my 1st shift schedule. Management tried to enforce a policy that wasn't in the lease and wanted tenants to pay for it. The area it's in is super quiet and peaceful but overall it's not worth what they're charging.

The apartments are stylish and modern. Again…. Erin is always available and super helpful at all times. I feel so lucky that we found this apartment before they were even complete.
