- DDDerrick DahlJul 13, 20191.0Read the other reviews and heed there warnings. You will move into a unit that already has damage and will not be fixed. MULTIPLE calls will have to be made if you need any repairs. Both water and air quality is poor(if you live there get a water and air purifier). Dont expect to get your full deposit back either. Even if you clean and have zero damage. They'll still charge you a cleaning fee. VERY unprofessional way to manage a property!
