- TOTerry O'DellOct 17, 20251.0Highly suggest against using this mortgage company. Rates are decent but service is poor and they do not allow you to prepay. You can submit payments but they will not apply until the due date and interest will always be higher than it should. This is the only company that I have dealt with that does it this way and the response I got is that it is their policy.
