  Horrible management. Informed them on September 19th that we were moving out the end of October. Christine didn't schedule the move out inspection until October 6th. Waited and waited for them to post our place, so that I could share it, since I was informed we had to pay rent until it was re-rented. I had to remind Christine to post the unit and that was TWO WEEKS before our move out date. Of course I’m going to be upset that we have to pay rent for the following month when she failed to properly show the apartment. On the day of our move out, Christine told us to leave the keys in the apartment, with that, we expected that the unit was rented out. I messaged her the Monday before asking if it had been rented and no response. Which is why we came to that conclusion. If it weren’t for that annoyance, we understood that we signed a year lease and were responsible for rent until taken over. PMI is the worst management company I have ever dealt with and I do not ever recommend renting with them.

  Rent is to high and when you try to work them. they rake up fees $200 over month and don't to wave them

  The people who work there aren't necessarily rude, but they make minimal to no effort in maintenance of homes for their clients.
