  This Apartment has dangerous neighbors. I had to put up a camera to protect myself. This place is pothole city. And to add a cherry on top it's impossible to go anywhere with this construction going on. Don't move here

  Seen a lot of rotten pumpkin's, some on benches by the trash cans, and 1 on the top railing by the staircase. I was surprised to see all the bikes and stuff all over the walkways, and under and next to the stairs and building's. I knew people that lived there in 2011, and no one was allowed to have stuff outside like that, it had to be on their back patios neatly. The some apartment's had Halloween decorations still hanging in them, that wasn't allowed, more then 1 week after the holiday was over. I was wondering if someone else owns the property now, because the owner was really hard on the residents that lived there.

  I wouldn't rent from this place again. Have a leak in my bathroom for 3 months from the vent and at my windows and front door frame. Mold!!!!! now in corner of wall and around door frame. Told them many times to fix but gave me the run around getting roofers to do it, getting bids. Not a rush for them, just sucks,when you get dripped on after a good warm shower, and using the toilet dripping on your legs. The rugs wet everyday and i got 3 kids that hate it also, so i would not advise this place.

  a very nice apt. complex the manager is very helpful and always there for you.her name is rachel and shes a great manager
