I lived at Vista Del Rey for over 2 years and for a studio apartment, it was enjoyable. The location is mostly good (although parking can be a hassle if you don't want to pay $ for a reserved spot, especially when Stadium HS has events), the views are good. The building is solidly constructed so it felt very quiet. I always felt safe in this building and every interaction I had with the office staff was excellent - they are very kind and my move-out was smooth as well. I would recommend if you don't need amenities such as in-unit washer/dryer (which you won't find in most studios anyways I'm guessing)!

Imagine someone waking up in a room with sunlight streaming through delicate marble lattice windows, casting soft shadows on intricate walls. They might be surrounded by the echoes of centuries of history, feeling the cool marble under their feet as they stroll around. They’d probably be marveling at the symmetry and the grandeur, feeling like they’re in a timeless, almost dreamlike place. It’d be quite the setting!

The people who work in the front office don’t actually get in touch with management or maintenance if you let them know you have a problem. The washer/dryer area in the basement has no cell reception if you have Verizon so it’s impossible to start the machines unless you stand outside. They also took out washers and dryers to make room for a dog washer when it’s already impossible to do laundry on a busy night. If you’re touring this place and you’re told there is available parking in the gravel lot it isn’t true. Hopefully some of you can read this review before you sign a lease… I sure didn’t know!
