- CJClaudel JulesOct 15, 20195.0I have been living at the Monroe apartment since 2014 for my own experience at this complex I will recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and clean environments to live in tacoma. The management especially Kim the manager really care about the well-being of everyone living there. Thank you.
