I was told if I sent emails asking questions or following up that it would “slow decision making” and to pretty much not email them and still didn’t answer any of my questions after we paid for our applications. Then after a week of waiting we were told to send in a different verification method of income for my fiancé, we haven’t gotten any reply since then when I asked if certain items would work etc. we both got ignored and no reply. The front desk was super nice but the leasing coordinator was honestly rude over email and made me feel dumb for asking any questions. Anyways I wasted my money and time trying to rent a house that has been on the market for a few months but now I understand why it hasn’t rented.
