    I am a new tenant in one of Spinnaker's properties. Moving in was very simple and everyone I've spoken with has been kind and helpful. I had a few maintenance requests that needed to be placed upon me moving in and I was able to work with Drew who was very professional and friendly. She got my requests taken care of quickly and efficiently. This has been a genuinely great start to my renting experience with Spinnaker. Thank you to Drew for getting me taken care of and to the rest of the team for making something as stressful as moving just a little bit easier for me! :)
