  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Sixth & Alder Apartments are the best I’ve ever lived in! The building is safe, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The neighborhood is super community-oriented with great restaurants and events nearby. Marlene and Morgan are amazing — so kind, caring, and on top of everything! I love how dog-friendly it is too, with a puppy pad and free dog wash. The rooftop and community room are awesome perks. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live!

  Moved in Jan 2024. Really love this place. 3rd apartment after many years of owning. Great onsite staff. Marlene, Amelia and Gwen are welcoming and helpful. All kinds of amenities, views and great location. I'll be here for a while!

  The management here at Sixth & Alder made living there easy and comfortable. They are always trying to find solutions to problems and are always available to talk with a kind smile.
