  Michela is the best property manager you'll ever meet. Super responsive, greets me everyday, prompt and professional. She goes out of her way to make sure everything goes smoothly - 10/10 recommend. Darrin is also super thorough, responsive and quick with every single need. I never had any issues here and if I did they work as a great team to ensure everything was smooth as possible. I had fun living here for my time there and highly recommend!

  I am so in love with this apartment building! I just moved to Tacoma from the east coast and am thrilled to have found Proctor Flats. The building has the most stunning views of Mt. Rainier and Commencement Bay. The view takes my breath away every time I see it. The building has a beautiful design too. It has a wonderful fresh, modern, and clean color scheme and great details throughout with lots of cool amenities. The building is also in a fantastic neighborhood. It is right next to all the best stores in Proctor but also still feels incredibly peaceful. The apartment design, the view, the location, everything is perfect. But perhaps the best part of Proctor Flats is the incredible Community Director, Michela Tate. Michela is the most lovely person and is truly invested in building a great community and helping her tenants. She is warm, kind, knows everything about the building, and has already helped me in so many ways. She has gone out of her way for me multiple times and never fails to make sure I have exactly what I need. She never makes me feel bad for asking questions and is always responsive, patient, and thoughtful. She is a model first-class Community Director and I feel so lucky to be living in a space she is managing. Michela is a natural leader and she is going to make this such a wonderful community. Thank you Michela and Proctor Flats for creating this great building and community. It is a dream apartment with an incredible team and an absolutely blissful living space!
