The apartments are nice and updated and they keep the building and each unit perfect for viewing.the only bad thing is the apartments need to have more storage. The management & maintenance staff are friendly and take care of problems quickly.

- CACarl AkkermanOct 24, 20251.0I would not recommend anyone to move in here, for the price they charge i would expect some sort of security to feel safe. They have a "bike room" that between my mother and her boyfriend and myself had 4 bikes stolen and each bike was worth well over $1,000. The manager claimed the first bike was not in view of their cameras so I moved my other bikes in front of the view if the cameras and the same guy stole them again. Rachael was able to show me the video of the guy stealing my bike, she said he lived with his grandmother at this apartment but there was nothing she could do about it. I think that is completely absurd how little concern she has for our property being stolen. So if you do live here do not use the bike room or your bike will get stolen. And your car isn't much safer either, I had my sister's pickup truck broken into and my car window was smashed and the ignition was punched out but luckily the idiot theif doesn't know how to drive a manual so they didn't steal it. But I had to replace the window and ignition. And when I brought it to the attention of Rachael she couldn't have cared less because it wasn't parked in their parking garage which I hear cars get broken into all the time in there as well. Every night I go to sleep I'm nervous someone might try to steal my car again. I am looking forward to leaving this place and their absolute worthless managment. If they atleast acted like they gave a shit maybe I wouldn't be soo frustrated.
