  Brad has been a true godsend to my family and I during our transition to Washington. He have been a big support for us, using his extensive knowledge of the area and expertise to secure us a home that checked every box we had. His communication was above and beyond, answering calls and questions at all kinds of hours and getting us answers almost instantly. He was transparent, honest, and provided valuable feedback that made working with him a true pleasure. He even came up with innovative ideas to help us move into the house early and even helped out when we had an issue that came up once we were in the home. Honestly couldn’t ask for a more perfect interaction from start to finish. I will 1000 time out of 10 recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced and sensational realtor. He is worth every penny.

  Brad was patient and kind guiding me through the process that was completely new for me. He helped me narrow down what I needed and wanted to find the right fit, and had the integrity to be honest with me. I felt secure in the transaction and my home search because of his knowledge and experience, and his trustworthiness. He explained things and made sure I understood with respect, without making me feel dumb or silly for asking. Brad was willing to go the extra mile (literally! With the rural locations I was interested in) and made sure that I got the best deal possible, even standing up for me and negotiating when I wouldn't have considered it a possibility or option. When I continue on the next step on my investment journey, I know he's the first person I'll call.
