- MMMakenzieApr 7, 20211.0The apartments themselves are okay. The onsite managers are very kind. However, the woman who speaks on behalf of Harlan Douglass is truly a soulless, pathetic, small person. She will charge you a full months rent if you turn your keys in even a day late, even when there is no one at the office the last 3 weekdays of the month. It’s almost like they make it impossible for you to turn your key in on time, so they can get away with charging you a huge fee on a technicality. They will also try to charge you for any missing items, even if they were missing from your apartment when you moved in (and when they’re very clearly stored away in the storage facility on site). You will not find any humanity from these people. Be careful.
