For one, the property managers, Cheyenne and Skylah, were both so welcoming and helpful in the application and move-in process. Their kindness also went a long way with me. The apartment was super clean when I moved in and the facility seems well-maintained with ample amenities such as the function room, swimming pool, fitness center, mail room, etc. The area, itself, is very convenient and near to anything and everything you might need in the Silverdale area. Close by to the freeway, you are minutes away from the nearby bases. Even Shawn, the maintenance manager, was extremely friendly and helpful and mirrored Skylah and Cheyenne's hospitality and positive energy.

The management is kind, professional and very helpful with any problems, solving them immediately. The maintenance staff is incredibly professional and efficient. The maintenance team resolves issues immediately and with care, and the office staff are very personable and helpful. I love that they have year round themes and set up community events for anyone to enjoy, too! Great amenities, friendly staff, good neighbors, all around a great place to live. Would highly recommend ✌️

They have all the amenities you could hope for in unit washer/dryer, fully furnished kitchen including a dish washer, a pool that is not huge but great for a quick swim. Location is perfect. Staff is great Whenever I need assistance with the online stuff Skylah and Cheyenne have been extremely helpful! I would stay, but I need a 1 BR on the first floor and there aren't any available. Turnover has been at a minimum, so you get to know these folks that work here!
