We cleaned top to bottom of our unit before moving out. And I am a pretty good cleaner. I mean heck it runs in my family! Anyways, the only room that had some MINOR stains on the carpet where the living room. I am talking penny-sized little pieces of food like granola bars. Both bedrooms were in perfect condition. Upon moving to our new place, we received a bill for $1200. For new carpets. For the whole unit. Tell me... How does this make sense??!! WHAT A RIP OFF. Seriously, bring a lawyer when signing the contract!!!!!
