We are anticipated becoming new residents in August of 2025 but our experience has been a bit dicey thus far. When we initially arrived from out of state, IN, to conduct the application process (has to be conducted on site in person, no online applications for this location). Our move-in has been a bit of an nightmare. We've lost over $2,380 due to delays—$2,100 in hotel stays and $280 in U-Haul fees—caused by management's negligence and broken promises. Despite approval on Wednesday, we still have no keys as of today. We witnessed open drug dealing, prostitution, and suspicious activity in broad daylight while taking the tour and turning in the application. Calls started off civil then were ignored or met with rudeness. Even my employer vocalizes frustration with their incompetence after needing to confirm my employment status twice, I am an officer. The area looks nice, but the criminal activity and unprofessional management therein are serious concerns. We elevated concerns to state and local legislators as well as notified the corporate management office listed on their website. Avoid if possible—not worth the stress or financial loss. It is income restricted property so be mindful of your expectations. While viewing the unit it was clean enough and spacious, the price per square footage value is the best option we have seen so far, all needed appliances are included within the unit, laundry facilities are on site but not within the unit, ample storage space is available as well in the unit. There are balconies and walk out patios on levels that aren't garden apartments, be mindful of the parking, it is all like the rest of Seattle, steep and down hill. I'd aim for the upper hill units to avoid risk in most facets being shown as prevalent within the area. The community pool and clubhouse are nice, the sauna seems appealing, parking appears to be abundant, and the location gives a very secluded feel with all of the greenery. Security wise for the neighbors who are a bit off I would invest in some serious precautions, cameras, anti theft systems, and full coverage insurance both for auto and home. We were surprised at the travesty that ensues as it is located in an suburban area outside of the city on a quiet street. We were denied due to poor credit and making too much $$. We found an new apt and were approved in 6 hrs, keys in hand. My credit in the mid 600s. Essentially the management here lied or their 3rd party company is just atrocious. Regardless, run!
