I started my ceramics business on the floor of 408. I also lived in 304 and 608! My rent was only $545 for my studio when I moved in. And I only ever paid as much as $750. So grateful for this building. I really grew up here 🥰

Chantel Wood, and those assisting her, have made living at Windham Apartments a joy. I once again feel proud to say that I live here, which was not the case over the past few years. I need not speak about the past management company. I only choose to forward my praises for this one. Timeliness, consistency, a general feeling of being appreciated, cleanliness, upkeep, and customer service. Those living here seem to be upright and worthy caring about where they live.
