The gutters around the apartment are really loud dripping water on rainy days. Couldn't get sleep with that noise. After a few weeks, the issue is fixed near my window. Other than this, it's pretty nice.

Fire alarm has gone off at least 10 times since we moved in March. This is not an exaggeration. The building itself and the people working here are good though.

My wife and I have lived at The Corydon for the last 4.5 years (2016-2020). We have nothing but great things to say about the management (Jerrel) the staff (Perry), the safety, cleanliness and overall environment. In our time there we never had a major issue, and any of the minor issues with the apartments we lived in were fixed the next day. We frequently used the workout room and it has everything you need. Parking was very safe, as was package delivery in the Amazon Hub. We wanted to stay here, but needed more room with a little one on the way. Cannot thank Jerrel and Perry enough. Would recommend the Corydon to anyone that is considering an apartment in the area, hands down.

The Corydon has a really nice courtyard, the apartments & facilities are great, and it’s right on the Burke Gilman with fast access to the light rail. Unfortunately, none of this really matters if you get noisy neighbors. After living here for five months with no issues, three guys moved in above us, and at least one of them is very loud when going about “daily” tasks. He’s also mostly nocturnal, so the noise goes on throughout the night — slamming doors, dropping things, stomping around heavily enough to shake our walls and even rattle the dishes. We’ve been trying to get management to enforce The Corydon’s quiet hours policy which is in the lease, but after seven months it’s become quite clear they are unwilling to do this. I regularly have to leave the apartment at night and go to relatives just to get any sleep. If you want to get sleep at night, I recommend looking elsewhere.

I have lived here now for nearly four years, and I have always found the amenities, the management, and the location to be superlative. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, the staff are always accommodating, and nothing about living at this apartment site has disappointed me. Since getting a puppy, the location - situated between Ravenna Park and the Burke-Gilman Trail - enable us to go on interesting walks together. And of course there is much shopping within an easy walk to U Village, and a little further walk brings you to University Ave. and the U District Farmers Market, one of the only ones in the city that is open year-round. It is easy to have friends over and entertain on the rooftop garden, and my guests are always amazed at what a great place I've found. I have enjoyed living here and would recommend it to anyone.
