- JJJus5 days ago1.0The elevators are constantly filthy, and they feel like they haven’t been cleaned in months. If you think you’ll get a peaceful night’s sleep here, think again. The noise is unbearable, random dropping of weights at all hours of the night. The staff doesn't seem to care enough. It’s like living next to a construction site that never ends. Honestly, this is hands-down one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. Avoid it at all costs.
- BBBruce “BJ” BerkeleyNov 16, 20253.0This is a beautiful building. However, be prepared to pay a hefty price in parking for no reason. It’s totally absurd. We also had a problem with the central air working and it was an issue for over fours months. We were very patient with this. Maintenance team was really great. When escalating the issue to the property manager Amanda, she didn’t seem to care. It was super frustrating and they eventually setup a portable AC well over three months into this issue. The amenities also cost money to even rent them out on the roof top, which is crazy. When setting up for an event of my partners birthday, they charged us an extra “setup fee” when no body was using the space anyway. Nathan, who works there, did not say hi to us in the elevator, was very rude, accusatory and automatically said to us “are you setting up early for an event”. No hi or anything. Certain staff members come off rude and passive aggressive for no reason, Nathan being one of them. Overall it’s a beautiful building, be sure to pay a bunch of fees with being charged for every single thing in this building. And good luck if your central air doesn’t work.

- CSCollin SwansonOct 9, 20255.0It’s a wonderful community and the staff does a great job of creating a welcoming environment and ensuring that concerns are heard. Not a better place to live close to the events of T-Mobile Park and Lumen Field. Dylan, Nick, Nico, Alex, and Nathan have all handled issues or concerns we have had since living at the property and it has all been promptly and professionally taken care of. I cannot say enough about the people that keep the place running. Maintenance fixed our AC within a day of it being down and we did not even have time to be concerned.

Management and staff make every effort to be helpful and courteous. It is quiet, and a happy crowd during the games and concerts in the area.
