She’s really there for you: experienced (She’s her own agent, been in business for decades with her husband, now running the show), she knows the ropes, is happy to help and she’s ethical. I was unhappy with how things were going with my realtor/looking around for another agent and she very kindly took a look at my listing, did research and got data I didnt have access to, gave me the assurance that my agent was doing a good job and the problem was just the market. She graciously gave me a wealth of information on how to get my condo sold. She’s just wonderful. Very knowlegeable.
