There has been no communication about my the status of my repairs after the initial visit. I’d like to know when someone will be in my apartment. It seems like a survey like this would come after repairs are finished.

Their floor plans on their website indicate that all their units have washer/dryers. This is not the case, and as someone relocating to Seattle, we were not informed of this until AFTER submitting an application (along with paying the "administration" fee associated with it). Seems sketchy and just not a pleasant experience.

Waiting to hear when my dryer may be fixed. Update: Dryer was fixed (only an internal fuse blown within the machine) but it seems a personal visit to the office was needed before a work order was issued. The maintenance guy was great and asked if I needed anything else. Turns out I’m missing an air filter. So thumbs up on him! Also, no one managing could tell me how the W/D “card” machine worked. It wouldn’t let me use my credit card to purchase a “card” on Saturday and I wasn’t going to try cash. They said they would need to check with a resident who used the public W/D to see how it worked. Granted the machine is owned by another company and Greystar (the previous mgmt company) did the very minimum and there are precious little instructions. Now I’m rewashing the still wet clothes and have just started the first load in the dryer. We shall see!
