They went above and beyond to help me through some tough times, and I couldn’t be more impressed and grateful. These 2 ladies care about their tenants, and it really shows. I highly recommend Guinevere for anyone looking to live in Greenwood. It is close to so many great restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. It is absolutely my favorite neighborhood in Seattle, and Guinevere is a solid place to call home. Thank you, Molly and Angel, for helping make my years in Guinevere feel like home.

The neighbors in the building and surrounding area are also very friendly. If you have a dog or kids there is a very nice park just up the street. The grounds are kept clean and the building is secure. It is also connected to the Monkey Grind Espresso Bar which has the best coffee in town (in my opinion). With all of that said the best part of Guinevere is the staff. They are extremely nice and professional. Every time I stop by the office my dog and I are greeted with a smile. As long as I am a resident in Seattle I will continue to live here.
