  We chose Grayson to be our agent due to his confident no pressure style. He listened to our needs and was very patient through the entire process. He is extremely knowledgeable and proactive. In addition, Grayson has amazing follow up and follow through! His strong marketing and negotiating skills lead to an over asking offer on our home! He guided us through the entire process of selling to viewings, expectations, closing as well as purchasing a new home! We highly recommend Grayson! Even though this wasn’t my first time buying a home, I was still nervous—especially with how competitive the market can be. Grayson immediately put me at ease. He was professional, engaging, and clearly passionate about what he does. From the very beginning, I felt like he truly had my best interest at heart. What impressed me most was how hands-on and attentive he was throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions (no matter how small), and made sure I always felt informed and empowered.   Grayson Martello-Livingston I began planning a trip to Italy with my daughter when a friend referred me to Grayson, as she’d had the privilege of traveling with him the year prior. She recommended that I contact him for help, and I’m so glad I did! From the beginning Grayson was professional, educational and very passionate about helping me get exactly what I wanted out of my first trip to Italy. He has many personal contacts he works with, along with a great deal of ideas and advice to customize the perfect trip. His suggestions of a cooking class in Rome, specific winery tours in Tuscany and a Vespa tour on the Amalfi coast really added a special touch to our itinerary! Not to mention the suggestions of his favorite rooftop-top bars for Aperitivo, and restaurants for dinner. He even booked the reservations! Grayson’s deep knowledge of Italy gave me full confidence that I made the right choice by hiring him to assist me with this very special mother/daughter trip!
