- KTKare TSep 8, 20251.0Save your time and your money. I’m a current resident and renting at this place sucks so much. I’m so ready to leave. I keep having continuous issues with my refrigerator not cooling properly and so my food spoils. The building keeps losing power, therefore our key fobs are not working and so the building managers leaves the front door open all night for DAYS. We do not have a security guard at the main entrance. I do not feel safe here. Especially since there is a lot of unhoused in the area and sketchy people walking about, hanging out by the trash, and sleeping on the premises.

I really appreciate how caring and personable Ty from the leasing staff is, he always handles any situation I may have with genuine respect and understanding!

The building amenities are great and also well taken care of. The maintenance staff are awesome and very quick. The leasing personnel Aya and Kyla are rad! They are super helpful and knowledable and always plan fun events for the building. I have gotten to know the whole building staff a little bit and have to say that not only are they all very good at their jobs but also very cool and genuine people. I cant say anything about the other Pillar communties but I highly recommend the Decibel to anyone.
