  The apartments are spacious and the staff are attentive to the needs of their tenants. If you're looking for a place to call home, I highly recommend these apartments!

  Have lived here for 2 years and it's been great...I love my nice happy place. Quiet area, nice apartments, and great location on G Way. Never experienced any major issues out of regular maintenance, which was always addressed quickly so grateful to maintenance guys who always try to address the issues quickly and efficiently. Tasha is always so helpful and polite. I highly recommend this place to anyone new to the area!

  Have lived here for 2.5 years and it's been an excellent experience. Quiet area, nice apartments, and great location on G Way and near Stevens/240 to get around. Never experienced any major issues out of regular maintenance, which was always addressed quickly. Would recommend this to anyone new to the area!

  My family and I had the pleasure of living here for almost 2 years before buying a house and during that time the owner was extremely helpful and friendly, and made sure that our needs were met! Tasha was very responsive when an appliance needed replaced, or still worked and we wanted something newer she was quick to swap it out. The apartments are quiet, clean, affordable and updated, and the neighbors are kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking!

  Tasha is really cool property manager and the neighbors are amazing! Everyone is so friendly and management is fantastic! I had to call for some issues but they fixed things on time with no further issue. I am moving out for good but too sad to leave these people.
