Fantastic staff (big shout out to Alex!), great well maintained amenities, fun community events, and a really simple and stress free move in/move out process. We moved from across the country and we weren't able to physically be there before we moved in but the on site staff was super helpful and did a video call walk through of our new home and all the amenities like we were actually there. What could have been really scary ended up being such a great experience. Super worthwhile! Literally the best apartment complex and staff we've ever had

Alex, Melesa, and the rest of the staff were great, professional, and genuinely pleasant people overall! I really like the fact that they are actively making updates and improvements.

When making decisions about my lease I could count on Alex to give good advice and they are great about reminders for rent payments. I've made 2 repair requests and they were quick to fix the issues. The apartment layout is great with an awesome view right along the Yakima. With the Duportail bridge in it has quick access to lots of restaurants and shopping over in Queensgate. Also, the apartment has a nice clubhouse where you can walk-in to see management if need be or just hangout. There are some nice trails along the Yakima too. My only complaints are you'll get some noise living next to the 240 Bypass and a railroad. Parking is also a problem at night, I'd suggest buying the covered spots or garage if available.
