Applied on 12/18, the manager is always on holiday, my move in date is 12/31. Called 5 times on different days, the manager is always not there, and he/she is the only ONE can process lease! This is the worst service I got in past 10 years. It is always ok to celebrate holidays, But the apartment is not functioning NOW! Update: I switched to another apartment on 12/26, and they finished the lease in 1 day. That is how they earn trust. But the earliest appointment for WiFi techinican is 1/3,that means I will lose WiFi for 3 days. That is the 2026 "gift" skyline apartment brings to me, "THANKS"!

Unprofessional Communication Visited last and this week. Applied on 12/22, paid application fee. Promised my Move In date is coming weekend. But I gnored my calls and emails all day on 12/23, then sent a TEXT at 8:17 PM raising issues that should have been discussed upfront. The unit I toured needed significant cleaning, paint touch-ups, and repairs. They cited Christmas closure for delays but real issue seemed to be unprepared unit. Poor customer service - look elsewhere if you need professional communication and reliable timelines.

Extremely disappointed and concerned about the complete disregard for tenant safety. During a recent bathtub resurfacing in a unit below ours, the property left the shared ventilation system running — causing toxic chemical fumes to spread through our vents and fill our apartment- Can't even use our bathrooms. The smell's been lingering for over 8 hrs now! The fumes' made me dizzy, burned my eyes, nostrils and airways, and triggered serious concern for an autoimmune flare-up. These are not harmless smells — resurfacing products contain strong solvents and VOCs that are flammable and toxic. Leaving the HVAC system on during that process is not only negligent but potentially a violation of building and health codes, since ventilation should be isolated to protect residents. Called the emergency line. Their response downplayed the issue, despite the clear health hazard. Tenants should never be exposed to dangerous chemicals inside their own homes. This incident shows a serious lack of safety protocol and care for resident well-being. If you value safe, breathable air in your living space, be cautious about moving in here until management implements proper procedures for chemical work.

skyline is a beautiful, spacious community with ample parking, a playground, a dog park, a pool a weight room and wonderful caring staff. the grounds are clean, maintenance is very prompt, and all items are promptly fixed after reported. the neighborhood is quiet, calm, and far enough away from the city center that you do not hear the traffic.
