I ended up walking in impromptu to Hue on a whim and the leasing agent Savannah was super flexible and took me on a tour in between her appointment slots. I ended up leasing an apartment, and I’m pretty satisfied. Some things to note: Hue is a little bit farther away from downtown Redmond, but I still walk to several things in the area, but generally drive to downtown Redmond (it’s a 4 min drive), which isn’t an issue since there’s good parking there. It’s a bit cheaper than the apartments truly downtown, and I think being a few extra blocks north is worth that trade off. The apartment building itself is pretty quiet and don’t see many people around often. Parking is either underground and easy (but is currently full), or is in a vending machine type thing (where I park). Only one car can come down at a time and it’s a bit slow, and if there’s someone in front it takes even longer, but that’s only happened to me once. Id say you’re in your car within 2 min after entering the garage, so not bad overall. It’s honestly a bit of a hassle because it’s not that easy to get something from your car quickly, but I guess that’s life in a downtown-ish area. Seems like a generally safe area (have walked around several times after dark) and the bus lines are close (I walk by them but haven’t taken any). Overall, it’s pretty good imo.

Hi, I have had the worst experience during the apartment tour. My husband and i waited at the front door for almost 20 mins and tried calling through call box and all the phone numbers listed but no answer. Call box is not at all user friendly, it asks us to press numbers but there is no keypad (physical or virtual). It was pouring outside. We took a bus and had to walk 15mins in the rain to reach the leasing office from bus stop. This is the worst experience we have ever had with a leasing office. We came only because we got appointment confirmation via email for 11.30am to 12.30pm. Leasing agent was very rude and disrespectful. She told us that she was completely booked for the day and asked us to come back after 4 if possible. Then why did we get tour confirmation if no one is available to guide us? Leasing agents are supposed to be friendly and welcoming. Nothing about this person was welcoming. She literally scolded us for 5mins late, was not ready to hear us out and told us she cant take us because we didnt reach exactly at 11.30am. Pls also note that she had another appointmentat 11.30 so she took him to tour at the same time while we waited outside. They never intended to have us at 11.30 it seems. even though she was rude we still wanted to tour since we came all the way in the rain for this apt and there was 30 mins available in our appointment but she was not ready to give us a tour. Why did the appointment say 11.30-12.30 if the only available leasing agent is fully booked? Its a waste of time and energy for us. We were soaking from walking in the rain for 15 mins and waiting in front of the building for another 20 mins in the rain. We are completely frustrated and feeling insulted by such a ignorant and disrespectful leasing agent. I dont know how the residents put up with such a rude person. I will recommend all my friends who booked tour to cancel because i dont want them to be insulted like we did. This person should be removed from the leasing team asap if you want new residents to feel welcome. Thanks for nothing!

The leasing agent failed to honor our scheduled tour appointment. We arrived at 11:35 AM for our 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM appointment, but no one was available to assist us. Despite waiting for 30 minutes in the rain, the leasing agent was dismissive and unapologetic when we inquired about the delay. They informed us that they had another booking and could only accommodate us at 3:00 PM, without showing any concern for the inconvenience caused. This incident raises concerns about the level of professionalism and responsiveness of the leasing office. It is unacceptable to double-book appointments and leave prospective tenants waiting without any explanation or apology. Such behavior suggests a lack of respect for potential residents and may indicate similar issues in handling maintenance requests or other concerns. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to recommend this apartment complex to others. It is essential for a leasing office to demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to customer service in order to create a positive living environment for residents.
