- AZAdalia ZDec 30, 20251.0DO NOT EVER sign a contract with them. THE WORST management team ever. I have only lived there for 2 months and moved out almost a year and still haven’t received my security deposit. Despite I already have hired professional cleaner to clean my apartment prior moving out they still rip off my deposit for “cleaning fee”. Without any notice or itemized receipt for reason. All things here are about charging you and ripping off of you. I have never ever left a bad review on anyone and here congratulations!

I decided to go with a corporate unit instead of leasing directly through the property. Second compliant is the parking, there is none, expect to pay $185/mo to park in the garage.

This is very unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time. From what I can see in the lobby it seems nice, but fully cancelled out by the lack of care. Would not recommend.
