This is very unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time. From what I can see in the lobby it seems nice, but fully cancelled out by the lack of care. Would not recommend.

The staff were absolutely amazing—huge shoutout to Eli and Brady for being so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. They made the whole experience feel easy and exciting. The apartments are beautiful, with air conditioning and top-notch amenities like a rooftop lounge with a BBQ, pool table, and a peaceful, quiet vibe. We were so impressed, we toured and signed the same day! Only small con? The elevator doors close a little fast—but that’s a minor thing compared to everything else we love!
- CFCindy FangJul 29, 20251.0I’ve lived here for three months, and the noise issues are significant. Road noise is clearly audible even with all doors and windows shut. The walls and floors are very thin—you can hear every movement from the upstairs neighbors, even when they’re just going about normal daily activities. There’s also a 115kV high-voltage power line right next to the building, and ongoing construction nearby adds even more noise starting as early as 8 a.m. This has made it difficult to fall asleep at night and impossible to sleep in. If you’re considering moving in, I strongly urge you to think twice.
