Maintenance is quick and friendly. Parking is also free!!! Second year living here and plan on living here again next year!

They estimated it would have gone into today for it to be fixed but surprisingly our heater drained faster last night and they replaced the part in it. They were very kind about it.

Long story but we ended up not needing the apartment, but it was amazing how they were willing to help a student in need. Highly recommend checking them out if you need a place.
