  Water pressure is non-existent 98% of the time and water does shut off half way through showers and when asked about it, management said that it’s “apart of the building flaws and there isn’t anything they can do about it”. Management is also hard to contact and are never helpful when needing help. We’ve been waiting almost three months on a window replacement because the windows aren’t very sturdy and the winter air has made the apartment frigid. The rooms aren’t insulated properly and our apartment “shakes” when someone is walking up the steps outside. You can tell that this place was built in less than a year and is not worth the $1500-$2400 a month that they charge people. I do not recommend this apartment complex for yourself or your student! Two months later edit: They still haven’t replaced the broken window in the apartment and it’s been frigid with the wind and snow storms. On some bright side, the water pressure cuts out so much that you can tell with it’s about to shut off completely (typically five minutes in). And it seems like the different departments (maintenance, office, etc.) don’t communicate as we were told we’d get a mattress placed into one of our rooms a month ago and we still haven’t seen the mattress. We’ve contacted the housing office about it and they always say “we’ll have it there tomorrow” and it never arrives.

  After 3 weeks here I have little to no complaints about this place. Everyone is nice, living space is up to date and nice.

  I love the Annex! The apartments are so nice, the maintenance crew are super helpful. The only thing I don’t like is the amenities outside the apartment are limited. Like I wish the gym were bigger or at least had more stuff in it, stuff like that. But for a wonderful price, I love my apartment

  The Annex has been great so far! Rachel has been especially helpful with everything. Last fall we took a tour of the place and had lots of questions since this was our first apartment. She was patient and kind, and was able to answer everything. Emails were responded to in a timely manner and after viewing a few other apartments we knew this was going to be our future home. I love the set up of the apartments it is very spacious and up to date, AC is so nice to have and the bus stops make it very convenient. There are a ton of parking spots, and move in was super smooth. It was confusing at first on how to lock the door but once we figured it out it was super easy. So far move in was great and I am loving it here at the annex.
