I've brought that issue with the office twice and I'm being turned down and told to wait. Everyone should have the same access to their building I'm not going to tolerate that anymore. Will be submiting official complaint with HUD + Washington State HRC.

- SASabrina AbawiNov 21, 20255.0I’ve been a resident here for about 6-7 years, and in that time I’ve experienced several different leasing agents and property managers. The current team — Leasing Officer Ken and Property Manager Schelene — have been the best by far. Ken has been there every step of the way, always patient with all of my questions and incredibly supportive. Schelene has been so understanding and accommodating, both of them made sure I felt taken care of throughout everything. They both guided and supported me during a really tough time, and still are, and I will forever be grateful for the way they showed up for me. I honestly wish they had been here from the start. If you’re considering moving in, you’ll be in amazing hands with this team. I highly recommend leasing with them! (this is my first review although i've been living here for almost 7 years so that should say a lot!)
