  This building is beautiful, very trendy and up to date. The ladies dez and Christy in the office are so kind and it’s always a pleasure to hear their laughter and they help whatever they can. They make you feel like family here!

  If you are looking for an affordable, welcoming, and safe environment to be a part of... This is the place! We have lived here since September of 2022, and our experience has been amazing. 24/7 access to fitness facilities, billiards/poker room, private library, and a spacious courtyard are some of the awesome amenities we have enjoyed since living here. Desirae, Ally, Kristina, and James are the best property managers I have had encounters with. Davey is fast, efficient, and helpful when it comes to any problems that occur in your unit, or on the property. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home. Plus they are pet friendly!

  We love living at The Hub! The apartments are so beautiful, new, and very updated. They may feel pricey to some people, but I truly believe you get what you pay for. On top of the apartments themselves being beautiful, the staff that works there is great. We love Desirae, Christina, Ally, Davy, and James (all the folks from Fulcrum who manage the property). They’re always so happy and welcoming, and great to work with. Maintenance is awesome. I also love that they host events and really make the apartment feel like a community. Lastly, there are great amenities like a backyard space with grills, a fire place, and a large yard space. Its also super cool to have Pints Dog House on the first floor - gives the apartments the vibe of living in the city, like Seattle! Overall, we have loved living here!! I would recommend to all my friends, family, and anyone thinking about moving in. 😊

  The Hub is an awesome place to live! I am a travel cardiac sonographer and I have traveled all over the world. So I have experienced a lot of different apartments. The Hub is by far one of my favorite places to live. I am on the top floor and my apartment is very quiet and peaceful. The only noise I hear is the children playing outside at the daycare (which doesn’t bother me). My dog loves it too. We enjoy walking around the complex and surrounding area. The staff is fabulous and extremely welcoming and helpful. A+++++

  Beautiful apartment homes. Washer and dryer. Dishwasher. Great location. Friendly staff. Work orders are completed in a timely manner. The courtyard is always well kept. Secured building with a call box. There are resident events pretty consistently. The best part, they have doughnuts for the residents every Friday.
