As soon as you walked in they stared at you with their frowning faces and almost every 2 weeks or every month they always have new people in the office. I moved out with my parents and brother a week ago and they don’t even trying to help at all with my situation, people still living at the place should be responsible not people that are moving out. I emailed them my situation and they don’t understand and I even called and explained them again my situation and they just trying to prove that they’re right smfh. My parents came here for medical reasons they weren’t here for the lease agreement I was asked to add their names only when they first came here I guess they fired the guy that was helping me from the beginning when we first moved in and they are trying to lie and saying that they’re can’t removed my parents name. Don’t ever rent here. I would not recommend this apartment because they don’t greet you with respect and in way that people want to rent here.

She has poor communication lacks general customer service. I’ve spoken to a few older tenants that live here too and she is not professional and has no good work ethic. As a business owner, I find this completely disgusting and she should not work in customer service. Please AVOID HER AT ALL COST.
