Riverpointe hands down has become my favorite complex I have ever lived! From my first encounter with Jennifer in August of 2024, her energy was unmatched!! I just resigned my lease for another year, as my experience has been wonderful. You can honestly tell just how much she cares about the property she manages. Communication is phenomenal, service requests are immediately addressed, the grounds are beautifully kept, and the routine maintenance are breath if fresh air. I am one of the tenants that uses almost all of the amenities and its a huge perk of living here. Did I mention, this location is perfectly set off a mainroad, giving just a touch of convenience and also a little seclusion. And OMG i love love love how dog friendly this complex is 🥹🫶🏾

It takes MONTHS to process a maintenance request! That receptionist, Teri, is so rude, it will make you think twice before contacting the office again. If anything breaks in the apartment, it will be much easier to go to Home Depot and fix it yourself. We have been told three times that one of our broken doors will get ordered next week. IT HAS BEEN A YEAR, and we still have the broken door. My garage door has been broken for the past four months. Three maintenance people came to look at it, said that they will order the parts, and still nothing. I went up to the leasing office to find out about the progress, and the receptionist told me that next week for sure they will send someone to look at it. I've been calling the office the entire next week no one picked up, no one called back, no one came to fix the door.
