- SESam EnglandJan 1, 20262.0I’m moving my 1 star to a 2 star cause it does seem like new management is doing a decent job and making improvements. The biggest improvement is that the garage door hasn’t broke down in a while. People shouldn’t be paying $100/month for unsecured parking, especially in Kent. But cleanliness is still a major problem, especially in the hallways and elevators. Plus, I am still not pleased with the original guy that helped me get into these apartments, Giovanni. I had a lot of concerns before moving in and he told me they would be most definitely addressed before moving in or shortly afterwards. Nothing was addressed and the original maintenance guy seemed to incompetent to fix anything in my unit, so I just gave up. There’s definitely better options out there. I wouldn’t bother working with Madison’s Property Management, as it seems no one there has any integrity. I used to rent with Thrive PPM and they were amazing. Madison Plaza just reminded me that I had it good before.
