This has been the worst apartment I have ever lived at. There is an on going roach problem that we are told is being handled yet we have not seen anyone , just more roaches, which is a Major health concern and should be taken seriously. We pay for parking yet everyday seems like there are more cars in the lot then before by the evening. The office is always closed, management will be gone most of the week and not return and calls or emails. There is no way to get in touch with any one. This area is extremely dangerous with numerous incidences that have brought squads of police over. It would seem despite all this they want to increase rent for not doing there jobs.

Living at this apartment complex has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Safety is a constant concern—police are frequently on the property, and it often feels chaotic and out of control. It’s not a place where residents can feel at ease in their own homes. The living conditions are also unacceptable. There are serious mold issues that management does not properly address, despite being reported. There is also a roach problem that continues to be overlooked. These are basic health and habitability issues that should never be ignored. Parking is another major issue. Residents are charged separately for parking, yet parking rules are not enforced at all. People regularly take spots that aren’t theirs, block others in, or park improperly with no consequences. Management does nothing to enforce the rules they charge for, which causes daily frustration for residents who actually follow them. To make matters worse, management turnover is constant. In less than a year, there have been multiple property managers, which explains why nothing ever gets resolved. Even management doesn’t seem able or willing to stay—likely due to the overwhelming number of issues at this complex, safety concerns, or both. Overall, this apartment complex shows a complete lack of accountability. Between the safety concerns, poor living conditions, unmanaged parking, and constant staff turnover, I would not recommend living here to anyone.

This has been by far the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. In my experience, safety is a major concern—police are constantly on the property, and there have been serious incidents that made me feel extremely unsafe living here. It never felt like management had control of what was going on. There is also a severe mold problem that management has repeatedly ignored. I reported it and received no meaningful resolution, which is especially concerning given the health risks. On top of that, there is an ongoing roach infestation that gets overlooked or minimized instead of properly addressed. Another major red flag is the extreme turnover in management. In less than one year of living here, there have been at least five different property managers. That alone says a lot. Even management can’t seem to stay—either they get overwhelmed by the number of unresolved issues at this complex, don’t feel safe at their place of work, or both. Overall, management is unresponsive, dismissive, and fails to take responsibility for serious living conditions. Between the safety issues, health hazards, and constant management turnover, I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere before considering these apartments.

Hi, I want to share my experience living in this complex . They have melany peoblems, first the leasing office's manager is not in the office even he say I will be that time but not there. Second here is about security. Third, there is a resident uses drugs a lot and we can not open our windows. Also they make noise until late night. Fourth, they charge late fee again and again eventhough I paid on time . I request from owners to solve our problems, if you want I can proof it.

Don't rent here. Units aren't cleaned between tenants & every part of the complex is in some stage of disrepair. Not a single piece of my apartment is straight or level. Management refuses to repair the laundry machines, and will drag their feet on any other requests. They've been illegally charging me for an insurance program for 6 months even though I provided my own, and only issued a refund after I threatened to sue (which I'll likely have to do again when I move out, as they still haven't stopped charging).
