The main positive experience of this apartment was the assistant manager, Deanna. We had a few frustrating things happen that were out of her control but she did everything she could to make it right. she truly deserves more recognition because we wouldve moved out much sooner if it wasnt for all her help. she was absolutely amazing and it shows she genuinely cares about the community.

I have been living in this apartment for a while, and I’ve never experienced this level of neglect from management. For months, I have been reporting a very strong marijuana odor coming into my unit through the bathroom vent and closet. The smell is constant and extremely overwhelming. I contacted the office many times, and every time they told me they would send someone to check. No one ever came inside my apartment. They keep closing the complaint without actually doing anything. This situation has affected my health, sleep, and breathing, and I even explained that I have asthma. Still, management did nothing to investigate or solve the issue. This is supposed to be a smoke-free community, yet they refuse to enforce their own policies or follow basic Seattle housing codes. The lack of responsibility, communication, and respect for residents here is unbelievable. If you care about your health, comfort, or safety, think twice before moving here. Management ignores serious issues and leaves residents to suffer on their own. — A very disappointed resident.

Worst apartment ever, tows cars for absolutely no reason even if you have your pass and car is registered to you. They will not solve the parking issues, people here have more cars than they say and the management is just cool with it and never do anything to fix this which means at least one person is getting towed a day, what makes it worse is that the staff living here have priority over everyone else who lives here, getting special spots and getting put above others for the carport and garage list. the maintenance worker from New Jersey is terrible at his job, does nothing all day but sit around in a golf cart and has a bad attitude. if he ever does anything he half asses it. He also loves to laugh at your problems if you come to the office to complain and he happens to be there!! The manager is a joke and doesn’t solve problems for the people living here, and is rarely ever here. there is mold, a rat infestation, and multiple other issues. The whole staff at this complex are terrible at their jobs, I will be contacting their corporate office after the hell I went through living here.

This is the worst place to live!! Do not move here, I warn you! I could list 100 things not to be here and here are few things. First of all, management don’t care about their tenants. Mailboxes are always broken. We picked up mail in the post office for 6 months until they finally decide we can get it at the main office. We left Indigo Springs and the mail boxes were still broken. It’s filthy everywhere, trash left outside, dog poop not pick up, bed bugs, etc. We notify management about the bed bugs and we were asked to pay $1500 for pest control to come. We decided to take care of it so it’ll be cheaper. bought all the necessary tools and stayed at my sister’s for 3 days. It was done and bugs were gone but when we left, we were charged over $1k for the bed bugs that were left untreated in their statement even though we did the treatment. Some other days there were major leakage and when we ask the management to accommodate us for a place or hotel to stay , they decline to help us. We stayed in a hotel during maintenance work with my 3 children that lasted over a week and paid out of pocket. The cabinets were falling apart and takes months for maintenance to fix. Swimming pool were never open. They’ll find excuses like it’s under maintenance until the summer ends. You pay for amenities that were never functional. It’s not safe to live with all the gang activity in the area. Someone got shot here and will attach proof of it. This place don’t care about you , all they want is your money. They will be extra nice during tour but once you sign the lease, you’re on your own. You’re stuck there til your lease ends and the only way out is to break it which you end up paying more but that’s what we did! Couldn’t be any happier at our new place and glad to be out of there. Be thorough in looking for a place for you and your family. Good luck finding your future home. I want to rate this zero star but in order to send the review a star must be selected. So here is my 1 star review .

Manny was amazing in helping us with our maintenance request! Very personable guy, and helped us with whatever we needed around the apartment. He did not seem rushed at all— just very willing to help. Greatly appreciated his friendly face and charming attitude.
