  Run from these people Extremely unprofessional and dishonest management. They still haven’t returned my deposit money even after promising it would be refunded in 14–21 business days. It has been over a month and a half, and all they give are excuses — no check, no proof, nothing. The property manager Aleda is unreliable and keeps changing her words every minute. She acts oversmart instead of being honest or straightforward with customers. They approved us, sent the lease twice, and later claimed it was a “mistake.” This place has zero accountability and zero honesty. I strongly advise avoiding this property.

  I strongly do not recommend this apartment complex. My car was towed from my assigned parking spot without any warning — no call, no email, not even a sticker. The management takes no responsibility for notifying residents, and this could happen to anyone at any time. The administration is extremely unreliable: staff constantly change, maintenance workers respond very slowly, or sometimes not at all. Even after submitting repair requests for plumbing or other issues, problems remain or are only partially fixed. Overall, the service is poor, and resident complaints are ignored. If you are considering moving here, be aware that you could wake up one morning to find your car gone, and your concerns may not be addressed.

  I had an absolutely terrible experience at Heaven’s Apartment in Kent. We paid over $1,400 something upfront for a studio that was completely unlivable when we moved in. The room was dirty, smelled strongly of fresh paint (a health hazard), and the bathroom was disgusting with spider webs and a poorly scrubbed tub. The balcony reeked of urine, and the entire apartment was in unacceptable condition. The kitchen wasn’t even ready for use, and we had to keep air fresheners running 24/7 just to tolerate the smell. Laundry facilities were tiny, filthy, and unusable—I ended up taking clothes to an outside laundromat. When we asked to move to a clean apartment, they refused unless we paid a new security deposit and higher rent, which was completely unfair. We ended our lease early and they only refunded $300 out of over $1,400. This place is poorly maintained, old, smelly, and mismanaged. Definitely do NOT recommend moving here. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. I have more pictures but can’t find it right now I will added it later or post as new

  I have been living here almost 4 years and its a great place, they are always available to answer questions and get back to you ASAP. Close to everything and walking distance to the bus stop

  Beautiful Office and friendly staff. Tucked away off Canyon Drive and hidden in the maple trees. Highly recommend this property with their amenities and helpful staff.
