  Adi has been simply the best. We have been stress free ever since he took over running our property. His method and process is seamless, able to tackle anything that comes their way without troubling the owner. Highly recommend if you want to have your properties managed without the worry of still having to deal with it.

  We used PMI Arja to rent our home in Issaquah. Aditya was very professional, on point, kept communicating to us on updates, took excellent care of the property and in finding a tenant for us. Being overseas and managing a property is no longer a burden for me. Thanks Adi.

  My experience with this company was absolutely outstanding. They are knowledgeable, professional, all while accommodating. I was fortunate enough to tour with the owner, he was very kind along with his associate I communicated with over the phone. This is a solid option for a management company that anyone is considering working with!
