  I wasn't going to make a review but after the email you sent me ohhhh youre getting one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This place has been an absolute nightmare even after moving out. This place is a high crime area like others have said. Cars constantly get broken into here. Mine even with having a garage it has gotten broken into 4 times for a year of living here. The first issue I had with them is the garage I PAY FOR the latch got broken and knowing my car is a high alert with people stealing them it was an emergency for them to fix the garage as soon as they can because I KNEW it would get broken into that night if it wasnt fixed. Kanela the property manager at the time did not care about my concern and said it wasnt an "emergency" in her eyes. Guess what? My car got broken into that night like I told her. Did she care or feel sorry? Of course not. Whats even crazier is the work that they did to "fix" my garage it was such a shot job that it took a week for the whole thing to be fixed. And after saying as a "courtesy" they would W/O my garage rent that month, guess what they didnt. The second thing, druggies and prostitute area. I have had twice prostitute's actually knock on mine and my neighbors door asking for work and asking for a "fun time" and even post it outside the apartment building. Druggies? Just look they post up literally in front of the office budling and they didn't do anything about it for over 2 hours. They say there is security here but we all know that's a lie. Children's play area? Yea it looks nice on the site but I cannot tell you how many times I have found homeless people literally sleeping inside the children's slide or the bushes next to the area. And there are no cameras, its so far away from other apartments let alone anyone to even see if something happens to the children. Now to the main reason why I'm writing this. When it was coming close to our move out date, no one gave us an offer for renewing the lease or letting us know how much more it would be to renew, legally they're supposed to give you notice within 60 days of your move out date. Didnt get anything until I reached out and told them we needed it after 30 days have passed. Finally got it and we decided not to renew our lease for OBVIOUS reasons. I told them in a written email giving our notice that we would not be renewing and we cleaned up and were ready to do the walk out that I had to call and schedule btw, they seemed to not really care nor note anything in our paperwork. So we finally moved out to a way better apartment and I was waiting for our move out sheet to be sent to us to see if we had any charges. Again, they have 30 days to send that to tenants and I never received one so I called, I called and left 3 messages no answer. So I was like alright I'm over it that's on them. ONE AND A 1/2 YEAR LATER SINCE LIVING THERE, I get an email from property management saying we owe $3600??????? And didnt even attach an invoice to the email saying what it is we owed and basically said "if its in your good heart to make a payment since we didn't send you to collections" Let me make this clear, there are more things that I could say in this review on how terrible this place is since there was so much. But trying to make us pay for something, with no itemized receipt, no answer to my calls, letters, or even emails until JUST NOW? Best believe I'm sending the to court. Because there is NO reason I should be needing to pay anything let alone telling me almost 2 years later. Please do not move here, read the reviews, you will have a terrible time here with management. This place needs to be shut down.

  The apartments have a very good location. Nearby are I5, 18, 99, and Pacific Hwy. The management is great and communicates fast and efficient. All apartments are serviced and renovated on time. Schools, especially elementary school leave a lot to be desired. Occasionally, incidents happen in the parking lot, it is better not to leave anything of value in the car. It would be nice to put cameras or barriers at all 3 entrances to the apartment.
