  Mold is everywhere here. You will wake up with allergies every day. For how much they charge here, u would expect to have a nicer living space. If ur appliances break down, don't expect something new. They will get u ones from the thrift store something from the 70s. Not to mention the new management crew, they will get on ur nerves and have nothing to do but bother people every way possible. And the office always smells nasty for some reason. Like fart and cigarettes. Higher management needs to look into it.

  The maintenance of the facilities is not great. They painted the apartments but the paint was not great quality so now it is all coming off. Could be much nicer looking if the landscaping was kept up.

  Very happy to have chosen to live at Campus View. I found management to be incredibly friendly and supportive during the move in process and they have gone above and beyond to answer questions and assist with concerns, no matter how small. It's hard not to want to pop into the office just to say hi. Maintenance responds to work requests promptly and they just make me smile if I'm home when they stop by for repairs. I have found that if someone leaves behind old furniture by the dumpster or there's litter in the lot it is taken care of promptly. Location is also great- across the street from the library and minutes walk to a grocery store, restaurants, medical centers, as well as quick access to the interstate. It's everything I was looking for in a place- generally quiet, covered parking, smoke free unit, amenities, and a good Starbucks and pho place within walking distance!
