Do not move here. These people are the epitome of slum lords. I have had requests in to fix a toilet with rusted out hardware in the tank so the toilet doesn't flush for over 2 months, I have had a request in to fix my dryer for 2 months. I have had a request to replace power outlets that spark when you plug anything into them for 2 months. The freezer door on the brand new fridge the brought in broke and wont stay shut, that broke 2 months ago with a service request, I have had requests for the hand rail to be fixed going up the stairs since we moved in 5 months ago, nails sticking out, not fully attached to the wall either. They told us they were going to replace the entire flooring downstairs because of holes from previous tenants, only replaced the living room even though the kitchen and dining room had holes in the flooring as well. They left us with a 15 year old hot water tank that just burst in our garage. Previous maintenance has done nothing to fix anything in our unit. They told us when we moved in the were going to fix the massive gaps in our front door that made keeping our unit cool over the summer difficult. We have also had requests in since the day we moved in to fix a broken window that is on the verge of falling out of the frame since we moved in. These people do not give a poop about keeping anything maintained here. Our unit was not even close to being move in ready, they made tons of promises which I have documented in emails that they were going to fix all of these requests but not a dang thing has been done. Absolutely horrible people. If I could give this place negative stars it would be -100 stars. On top of all that when we applied to live here, we were set for a particular unit, and when we went to try and get information to register our kids into the puyallup school district, they decided to let the tenants in that unit renew their lease not even 2 weeks before we were supposed to move in and switched units on us which is why we got moved into a unit that was not ready to move in. The dish washer was moldy, the stove top and over was broken, the oven door wouldn't stay shut. Theyre breaking tons of state and federal laws with how they are treating tenants here. Take your $2700 a month and find some where else to live. It is a major liability if you move in here. I do not recommend this place for anyone to live here. They will not fix anything. We have been threatened with eviction over neighbors just not liking us and telling the office we are in violation of our lease with ZERO proof. We were told by other neighbors who it was that is making up these lies and that this lady told them they were trying to get us evicted just because they decided they didn't like us when we moved in and because I have a motorcycle. Horrible management and horrible neighbors. The kids constantly leave their bikes and scooters and other toys all over the park and the street and in other peoples driveways. I have had scooters and skateboards that don't belong to us left in my driveway when I come from work at 1130pm and had to move them to park in my own driveway. There has been kids chasing my kids into our apartment and pounding on our door blasting the doorbell trying to harm our daughter. The kids will throw things at peoples cars, the apartment buildings. They do not enforce the leash Policy on dogs, we had our dog tied up in the back yard to go potty and 2 off leash dogs came and attacked our dog. I constantly catch all of this on our security cameras. Also when we moved in, there were about 2 dozen sets of contacts all over one of the bedrooms. I will be adding photos later on. Edit: response to the owners response or whoever responded. I have sent dozens of emails, called tons and tons of times left voicemails with no one calling me back no response to my emails most of the time. I have complained non stop since moving in about getting things fixed with ZERO effort from you guys. You don't respond to messages on the LOFT app or anything. I've had an attorney contact you guys and you wont even respond

Management is a lier and only befriends people who she likes. She belittles people who are not to h e r standards. She always charges late fees for everything. Since day 1 I have paid 1750 a month. Her and the new neighbor are best friends and always taking her side . we been here for 5 years and not one smile . our townhome is spotless and clean and our kids are sweet and she discriminates. God sees all. I basically paid 1950.00 a month . oh and those woods are filled with people living their . 2xs we almost got broken into . I can't sleep at night thinking some one will come in . please Targa who ever is the agency whom she works for. Look into your books and see how much money some tenants are charge . So glad I don't have to see her bitter face and drunken self.

I absolutely loved living in these townhomes! The walls were a little thin for my liking but everything else was great! Plenty of space for my little growing family. I enjoyed the privacy of my little back yard and that we had enough space for both our vehicles to park as well as a garage. The property manager Danelle was great, too! We felt like she was part of the family. The only reason we left was because rent was going to go up to over my Husband’s BAH at the time. I wish we could have stayed the whole time he was stationed there, though. Great location!
