She is very impressive, was such a great communicator with me, thoroughly explained things, and was able to fully answer all of the additional questions I had while keeping it simple and understandable. It couldn’t have been a better or easier experience trying to complete the process of moving in. Thank you, Alexis!

I then went and looked at a couple apartments. Jack helped me. He was EXTREMELY helpful and kind. I hope to be a new tenant there.

Specifically, he observed that I don't wear shoes inside my apartment and was careful to remove his shoes before entering. While he was here, I raised a few other concerns. He listened patiently, offered some temporary solutions while he worked on a permanent fix. Overall, living here has been a consistently great experience.

Front office stuff kindly "flipping" you off for any requests besides general information. Super rude. Garbage "vallet" runs through 2am and if you live nearby garbage, then welcome a foot long rats... that will chew through your car wires. Do not recommend anyone even look at these apartments.
