  Travis should wear a cape because he’s a maintenance hero! I’ve been a resident at Emerald Crest for just over 3 years now and he has consistently provided excellent service, problem-solving and commitment to his craft. Even during the pandemic, he was here every day for us! This time, I had a maintenance issue that came up that required some perseverance and creative problem solving, and Travis went above and beyond to accomplish what needed to be done. He said “if there’s a will there’s a way”. His positive attitude, ready smile, responsiveness, consistency and quality of jobs and commitment to this community is admirable! Beyond thankful for your ongoing and often thankless behind-the-scenes work you do for us here at Emerald Crest. I’ve also been consistently grateful to be a resident here at Emerald Crest.

  Today is the third time I've tried to contact someone for a tour here, and the second time I've stopped by the office itself (during posted business hours) and still been unable to contact anyone. I have to assume that, if you somehow manage to rent a unit, they won't suddenly start picking up the phone when you have a maintenance request. I was really excited to check out this place given the pricing and reviews but I have no evidence anyone even *works* here right now.

  I moved in May 2020 and I only lived here for a year, but if I could, I would have lived here longer! From the start which is an apartment tour to the end of my lease term, everything including the manager, the room, the community, the building itself, and maintenance team was amazing. Apartment was always clean and the maintenance team or the manager were always quick to fix any problems or answer any concerns. The room itself is spacious and I loved the huge windows that let the sunlight come through and allow me to see the pretty view. The common space on each floor and the rooftop were also nice places to relax or just hang around. Trash space was always pretty neat. They also have Amazon Hub and other places that can store the package which was nice and safe. Even if my package was left outside at the entrance, I have never experienced stolen/missing package which I think is a tell tale sign of how safe the community is. Overall, I would recommend this place if you are looking for a clean, safe and convenient apartment!

  Just moved in a couple days ago, and not only has it been easy, but the property manager, Brian, was very easy to deal with. I look forward to living here the next year. Rooftop lounge area, workout room, and a secure building. Right in the center of Bothell. Also, very easy/accessible dog walking areas!! *update* Been here a month now and it's great still. Noise from the stadium can get rough but with windows shut it's barely noticeable. Guest parking is rough bc there is none, and the rooms could use a ceiling fan.
