  Toured #214 strange, unidentifiable gross odor underneath the kitchen sink right where you would do your delicious cooking. Also toured #315, black mold coating the inside of the door seal of the washing machine when I pulled back the seal and the same strange, unidentifiable gross odor underneath the kitchen sink. I've toured other apartments here in the past that also have that strange, unidentifiable gross odor under the kitchen sink, so apparently they all have it. Most people don't stick their nose under the kitchen sink and miss this smelly aspect until they're all signed up for a lease and moved in Be sure and pull back the rubber on the front loader washing machine seal to check for black mold. And don't forget to smell under the kitchen sink to see if that's something you could live with. Apparently the leasing agent and the property management have no interest in making these apartments as ones that they themselves would like to live in, they're after making themselves look good for the owners who are in another state, too far away to see what's really going on. Then they're is the deodorizer that will overwhelm you in the hallways, which means they're not getting to the root of the trash shoot stench and cleaning and disinfecting, Instead covering it up. If you don't mind wasting your hard earned lunch hour and touring apartments like these..

  I have lived in the building 5 years, and have never felt the need to write a review until now. The building is beautiful, interior features are modern and well thought out, views from some units are gorgeous. However, the building has the following issues: - elevator goes out regularly (if you are disabled do not live here) -bi-yearly infestation of ladybugs (spring/fall) - lease says it is a non-smoking community/building, but it is not. Smoke permeates the apt/unit daily/hourly, I have tried air purifiers, taping vents, closing windows, etc., over the last 3-5 months, no effect. The apt constantly smells like smoke. Many emails/communications later, management has not resolved this issue (even though this is a clear lease violation), and has suggested I move out. If you have kids or care about health impacts related to exposure to secondhand smoke/VOCs, do not live here. I love the building and would prefer to stay, but am forced to consider moving due to lack of action regarding the ongoing air pollution/smoke in (and directly next to) the building. Air quality detectors in the bedroom and living room constantly report unhealthy levels. Additionally be aware, you will be charged extra for: - water -sewer -garbage -parking (there is no street parking) -pet fee Maintenance staff is knowledgeable, courteous and timely. Property management could be improved upon.

  Major electrical issues in this complex. The electrical breaker in my unit that connects to the living room and kitchen hasn’t been addressed and I submitted my request two months ago!! I was also stuck in the elevator for over an hour. When the fire department arrived, they informed me that this wasn’t the first time they’ve been called to this complex for tenants being stuck in the elevator. This is a great unit, but it’s hard to enjoy the unit when you’re constantly in the dark with a flashlight because the electrical breaker continues to shut off after 10 seconds.

  I moved in May 2020 and I only lived here for a year, but if I could, I would have lived here longer! From the start which is an apartment tour to the end of my lease term, everything including the manager, the room, the community, the building itself, and maintenance team was amazing. Apartment was always clean and the maintenance team or the manager were always quick to fix any problems or answer any concerns. The room itself is spacious and I loved the huge windows that let the sunlight come through and allow me to see the pretty view. The common space on each floor and the rooftop were also nice places to relax or just hang around. Trash space was always pretty neat. They also have Amazon Hub and other places that can store the package which was nice and safe. Even if my package was left outside at the entrance, I have never experienced stolen/missing package which I think is a tell tale sign of how safe the community is. Overall, I would recommend this place if you are looking for a clean, safe and convenient apartment!

  What an amazing property - brand new apartment in Bothell with some incredible floor plans! The leasing team has been amazing in helping me find my wife and I our new home!
