  I’ve have lived here for almost 3 years, and they do such an amazing job at keeping the property up. Jo Ellen was amazing being at Timbers and since Cindy has taken over, she’s amazing, and the Assistant Community Director Sandy is very sweet and professional every time.

  It’s been something else, with kids yelling while playing and parents not really doing anything about it. The compactor for the trash, people just leaving their trash next to it without opening the door or sending their kids out to do it. Then it just piles up to become a big mess, there really no parking have of the time, cause people have more then 2 cars just for one house hold. There is no pool or workout facilities, And the one Young maintenance man does a very lot just for one person.

  Old post! I have been waiting 2 years for the whole in my son's room in the celling to be repaired. I understand they couldn't come in for a while do to covid but it has been long enough and they are now doing work orders again. when I asked about my celling in may they said they would get too it but it is now July. I am waiting for my apartment to be treated for a bug concern that I noticed three day's later no payment was made to the exsteminator. I contacted teminix myself becacuse no one in the office will pick up the phone. when, I call them and they won't return my phone calls or my emails and told me the landlord has not made an appointment to treat my unit. This too me is a health concern and neglect to a tenant. Other nabore whent tow months with out a water heater in there apartment she was pregnant during this time. The new staff has done a better Job than the previous staff had done They are working on bettering my experience as a resident. Thank you kelly for checking on my work orders today.
