  When we first moved in the manager, Amanda and Marsha was absolutely wonderful. We had no issues whatsoever. Then the manager changed again to a young Spanish lady I forget her name but she was absolutely wonderful too. But when they switched management companies and got Mrs. Sol as a manager, everything changed. That woman is so rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. But don’t let these reviews fool you. They have roaches, there’s rats all under the trashcan. We had our cars broken into twice. Our neighbors had their truck stolen. And I watched someone get shot in front of my balcony and shoot through another building. Homeless people sleeping in the breezeway leaving drug paraphernalia, trash, dirty underwear, pads. It wasn’t like that when we first moved in.

  Mrs. Marsha is amazing top notch professionalism. She made my move in process so smooth from start to finish. My apartment is nice and spacious I highly recommend woodwind. Thank you again Mrs.Marsha😊

  I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Sol, our rental office manager, for the outstanding service she provides. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and always takes the time to truly listen to our concerns. What sets her apart is that if she doesn’t have an immediate answer, she doesn’t leave it at that—she follows up with her superiors and gets back to us with the information we need. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for the residents make her an amazing asset to the community. We're truly grateful to have her!

  I’ve been living in this apartment since April, and my property manager Mrs Sol, is the best. She works with you, she’s great communicator and very professional. She did her best to respond for any questions or concerns, even after the office was closed. Mrs Sol is impressive and the best property manager I’ve ever dealt with.
