- JNJessica NorthanNov 5, 20195.0I moved here in September of 2017 and I have enjoyed it so far. Yes, my rent has went up a little but my apartment is beautiful. There are a few convenient amenities like the laundry in my apartment, the pool and being located off the highway. My only complaint is that our upstairs neighbors are very loud pretty much on the daily. I had the same issue at my last complex and it was a way less nice community. That’s basically just apartment life. I just got a discount off of my rent for referring a friend that is why I'm excited to write this review! The office staff are very personable people. The level comfort when I have to speak with them about anything is exactly what I like in a place I call home.👌🏾

Clean community and staff is very attentive to the needs of the residents and you can tell that residents come first(big shout-out to Steve!)! Location is perfect to basically anywhere you want to get to in Northern VA. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to rent!
