My wife reported the same online payment issue for the third time, and it took repeated calls and explanations before the staff finally acknowledged their mistake and corrected it. We were exhausted by the constant need to follow up on errors that should never have happened in the first place. Had we not pushed the issue ourselves, it’s clear nothing would have been resolved. What made the situation even worse was that my wife later received a call accusing her of leaving negative reviews. Instead of taking responsibility for their ongoing mistakes, the manager chose to question my wife’s integrity. The manager was rude, dismissive, and abruptly ended the call, treating her as if she were the problem. This behavior is completely unacceptable. The repeated errors and unprofessional conduct from the staff reflect a serious lack of competence. I kindly ask that the employees involved be held accountable for their incompetent and disrespectful manner and replaced with individuals who are actually capable of doing their jobs professionally and responsibly.
